Qualifications:
* Must be a holder of nationality of the Participating country
* One recommended by the National
* Association Member of WTF (entry must be supported with the list of participants signed by MNA President or General Secretary)
* All athletes are required to have Dan/Poom Certificate.
* WTF Global License is mandatory

Seniors – born in 1999 and elder
Juniors – born in 1999-2001
Cadets – 2004 - 2002
Competition Rules: The WTF Competition rules.
Time mode: Seniors - 3 rounds x 2 minutes (1 min. break)

The registration will be closed: cadets 400 people, juniors 350 people, seniors unlimited
Protective Equipment
Uniform: The participants shall wear the WTF recognised taekwondo Uniform. Daedo PSS will be used at this Tournament. Daedo Electronic Body Protectors and electronic head gears will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
Groin/forearm/shin guards and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.
Mouth piece is compulsory! All athletes must bring their own Daedo sensor socks.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS is 18 September 2016 (11.59 p.m. Moscow time)
Entries after the deadline will only be accepted with fine sanctions (100 Euro per person)

Entry Fee:
The Entry Fee for each participant is 75 Euros per athlete and must be paid in cash at the accreditationcentre.

FEES AT RUSSIAN OPEN 2016!
IMPORTANT: If the athlete registered on-line www.hangastar.com/wtf in 2-3 does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the end of on-line registration which is (September 18,2016),his team official must fully (100%) pay his Entry fee for participation.
Entry fee is not refundable back to the participant!
Accreditations:
Accreditation Centre will be open at the official hotelfrom 10.00 – 20.00, September 21, 2016.
Official representatives (1 or 2 persons per team only) must present for checking each participant’s and official’s passports (or the Certificate of Birth for minors) and pay in the Entry Fees for the whole team. Doctors can get their accreditation only if they present their medical Certificate.
Accreditatio ns may only be given out if the team paid the Entry Fee in full amount.
The participation in the “Russian Open” 2016 Tournament will only be possible with the Accreditation card. The photo on the accreditation card is obligatory and must be uploaded while registering on-line at Taekoplan website. For guests – the entrance is free.
Weigh-in:
The weigh-in of the contestants takes place on theprevious day of the weight division that they compete. During the weigh-in, the male contestant shall wear underpants and the female contestant shall wear underpants and brassiere. However, the contestant may weigh-in nude if he/she wishes to do so. The weigh-in will be conducted according to the timetable.
If the athlete has to change his/her weight category after the weigh-in –this will cost 50 Euro per person.
Competition Timetable:
Awarding: 1st place, 2nd place and two 3rd places winners will be awarded with Medals
2 Special Prizes are set by RTU President:
- The Most Aggressive female athlete - $3000
- The Most Aggressive male athlete - $3000
